1. Ownership and Intellectual Property Rights
All digital help guides and related content available from Sprig Native Plant Nursery (the “Content”) are the exclusive property of Sprig Native Plant Nursery. This includes all text, images, designs, and any other materials provided in the guides. By purchasing or accessing the Content, you acknowledge that all rights, including copyrights and intellectual property rights, are retained by Sprig Native Plant Nursery.

2. Limited License
When you purchase a digital guide, Sprig Native Plant Nursery grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the guide for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This license does not allow you to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute the guide in any form.
• Sell, resell, or sublicense the Content to others.
• Share the guide via any public or private networks.
• Use the Content to create derivative works, websites, or other products that compete with Sprig Native Plant Nursery.

3. Restrictions on Use
You agree not to:

• Modify, adapt, translate, or reverse engineer any part of the Content.
• Use the Content for any revenue-generating activity or commercial enterprise.
• Provide access to the Content to any third party for any purpose.

4. Termination of License
The license granted to you is effective from the date of purchase and remains in effect until terminated. Sprig Native Plant Nursery reserves the right to terminate the license at its discretion if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the Content in your possession, and your access to the Content will be revoked.

5. Digital Product Sharing and Security
All digital guides are for individual use only. Sharing, redistributing, or making the guides available for public download is strictly prohibited. Sprig Native Plant Nursery may track downloads and access to ensure compliance.

6. Refunds
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Refunds will not be issued once a guide has been downloaded or accessed.

7. Updates and Modifications
Sprig Native Plant Nursery reserves the right to update or modify the Content, including these terms and conditions, at any time without prior notice.
