The large, yellow daisy-like flowers on this plant are a butterfly favorite! It will spread and form colonies but it is less aggressive than Black-eyed Susan (Rudbeckia hirta). Host plant for the Silvery Checkerspot butterfly and Wavy-lined Emerald moth caterpillars.
