Prairie Phlox

Phlox pilosa

Ranges in color from a pale pink to purple and does well in a variety of soil conditions. It will spread by rhizome to form clumps. Attracts butterflies, moths and hummingbirds. Host plant for the rare Phlox Moth (Schinia indiana).
