This species is available via preorder until March 20th. Orders will be ready for pickup mid-May. An email with details will be sent closer to the pick up date.
A shrub that favors acidic, moist soil and full sun, although it does tolerate some shade. It has orange bark topped by pink blooms. In the fall, the leaves turn a reddish-gold. Spreads slowly by rhizomes to form colonies. Attracts bees, flies, and beetles. Flowers appear on new growth wood so prune in winter or early spring. Host plant for Colombia Silkmoth caterpillars.
